Tax Deed Auction Information
Per Idaho Code § 63-1005-1011, properties found to be three years delinquent in property tax shall be taken at Tax Deed for said unpaid property taxes, fees and interest, and any additional fees incurred through the attempted collection and/or Tax Deed process, upon completion of the steps included therein.
